Entrepreneurs will be able to receive free consultations on the implementation of investment projects, learn about existing business support measures, digital services for investors, and opportunities provided by the regional development corporation. Entrepreneurs with questions regarding the implementation of investment projects in various fields can participate in the meetings, regardless of the expected investment volume. As noted by the General Director of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation Igor Ishchenko, at the meetings, entrepreneurs will be able to select support measures for their projects, request assistance in finding land plots, and ask questions related to business. Currently, four investment projects with a total investment volume of 550 million rubles are being supported by the Development Corporation in the Chkalovsky district, and also four projects worth 533 million rubles in the Pochinkovsky district. In August, territorial managers of the Development Corporation held meetings in the Knyagininsky, Lyskovsky, and Vorotynsky districts, as well as in Vyksa and Shakhunya. Agency specialists consulted more than 40 entrepreneurs working in agriculture, industry, and services on issues related to selecting state support measures and land plots, preparing planning and land surveying projects, obtaining permits, and more. Improving the investment climate aligns with the goals of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy," initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin. Territorial managers of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation have been operating in the region since 2022. They assist investors implementing projects in municipalities located away from the regional center. The Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation was established at the initiative of Governor Gleb Nikitin. The organization supports projects at all stages—from providing information about the region, possible support measures, and inspecting investment sites to commissioning the facility, interacting with executive authorities, local self-government, natural monopoly entities, and other organizations. Territorial managers of the Corporation carry out this work on-site in municipalities.
