As a result of the conducted tests, samples of meat products from LLC TD "Kupets" in Nizhny Novgorod were issued a warning by the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Republics of Mari El and Mordovia on July 1, 2026, regarding the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements. Oxytetracycline was detected in the highest grade beef, which is not permissible (less than 0.01). This finding does not comply with the requirements of the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union (TR CU 021/2011) "On the Safety of Food Products"; Technical Regulation of the Customs Union (TR CU 034/2013) "On the Safety of Meat and Meat Products." The manufacturer is recommended to take measures to ensure compliance with mandatory veterinary legislation requirements, namely to organize the production of products in accordance with TR CU 034/2013, TR CU 021/2011. We remind all producers of animal products that the responsibility for the release of veterinary-safe animal products lies with the producers of these products.
