One million rubles will be paid to coaches for working in small towns in Nizhny Novgorod.

As reported by the governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Gleb Nikitin, on his MAX channel, specialists in the field of physical culture and sports will be able to receive a payment of one million rubles if they get a job in settlements with a population of up to 50,000 people. Russian citizens with higher or secondary vocational education can participate. Every year, the regional Ministry of Sports will compile a list of vacancies in sports schools and sections of small towns and villages. This year, 44 positions are provided - these are positions for coach-teachers, sports instructors, and other roles. To become a participant in the program, one must move to a settlement with up to 50,000 residents where the specialist is currently not registered and not working. At the same time, graduates of universities and colleges who have recently received their diplomas and already live in such a town or village can get a job in local sports institutions without relocating - this can be done within two years after graduation. There is also a mandatory condition: under the employment contract, one must work for at least five years.
