T2 and "Magnit" have agreed on exclusive cross-offers for clients.

On June 2, 2026, at 13:48, Society T2, a Russian mobile operator, and "Magnit," one of the leading Russian retailers, will work on creating an ecosystem of mutual privileges for customers. Last year, T2 expanded the distribution of SIM cards to more than 17,000 "Magnit" retail outlets. In 2026, the operator will create a special offer for the network's customers, while T2 subscribers will receive benefits in the retailer's loyalty program.

The partnership between T2 and "Magnit" aims to address key challenges in the modern market: to increase customer loyalty through the creation of personalized mutual offers, reduce the cost of customer acquisition through the synergy of distribution networks, and significantly enhance the effectiveness of marketing communications.

The collaboration transforms basic services into value-added products. A T2 customer will receive not just connectivity but a status that provides privileges within the "Magnit" network. In turn, a "Magnit" shopper acquires both everyday goods and advantageous connectivity. This creates a new service standard and a strong differentiator in competitive markets.

In 2025, T2 SIM cards began to be sold in more than 17,000 "Magnit" retail outlets. In May 2026, the "Magnit Plus Premium" subscription was included in T2's MiXX multi-subscription. The operator's customers can receive 5% cashback bonuses for purchases at "Magnit" from home. In the future, the partners plan to scale their collaboration and make the user experience for customers of both companies even more convenient and beneficial.

Irina Lebedeva, Deputy General Director for Commercial Activities at T2:

“Successful partnerships in FMCG involve jointly creating value for the end consumer through data synergy, flexibility in assortment policy, and digital touchpoints. Within the framework of cooperation with 'Magnit,' T2 has become a co-investor in the customer experience of the network's shoppers. The result of our collaboration will be sustainable growth in end consumer loyalty. This is precisely where we see the meaning of the federal partnership paradigm.”

Nikita Hertz, Director of the "Magnit Omni" Business Group:

“Our partnership with T2 is a step towards deeper integration of services around the everyday needs of the customer. We see great potential in developing cross-sector offers, expanding the role of subscriptions, and creating new benefit mechanisms at the intersection of retail and telecom services. Our task is to build a sustainable system of customer privileges that will enhance the value of interactions with both brands.”
