Kornilov Tatiana Razina signed a cooperation agreement between the organizations. The parties intend to organize career guidance events for the technical school students, as well as collaborate in the field of professional development, training, and retraining of personnel for residents of the special economic zone (SEZ) "Kulibin." "The Center for Advanced Professional Training in the petrochemical industry, operating at the Kstovo Oil Technical School, opens new opportunities for residents of the SEZ 'Kulibin,' a significant part of which implements projects in the field of chemistry and petrochemistry. Cooperation will allow students to learn through real production tasks and directly interact with leading enterprises in the industry, while companies can promote work at their sites," said Igor Ishchenko. In addition, the agreement plans to hold joint conferences, Olympiads, and other events for students. "Cooperation with one of the flagships of the region's development – the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation – will allow us to deepen our focus on real enterprises in the chemical cluster and update training programs for specialists, implement projects for graduate employment, develop the human resource potential of the Nizhny Novgorod region, and, of course, exchange experiences in innovative technologies. This undoubtedly gives young people new opportunities and development guidelines in the industry. Together, we are taking a step towards shaping the future of petrochemistry in the region," noted Tatiana Razina. It is worth mentioning that the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation – the managing company of the SEZ – implements a comprehensive program for staffing the site’s residents. It includes analyzing the needs of companies, a system of interaction with educational institutions: forming new and adjusting existing educational programs, organizing internships and practices for students at resident companies, targeted training programs, and implementing career and career guidance projects.
