The new director of the House of National Unity will be Sergey Fedorov.

      April 3, 2026 16:48 Politics Sergey Fedorov will begin his duties as the CEO of the ANO "House of National Unity" on April 6, 2026. Sergey Fedorov graduated from NGTU named after Alekseev, Nizhny Novgorod Higher Military Logistics School named after I.Kh. Baghramyan, and the Higher School of Management of RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation. The press service of the regional government noted that Fedorov has significant experience in state and municipal administration. Over the years, he has held positions as the head of the analysis and development department of the real sector of the economy at the Nizhny Novgorod Ministry of Finance, as well as Deputy Minister of Finance and Economics of the regional Ministry of Health. Until recently, Fedorov worked as the Deputy Head of the urban district and Director of the Finance Department of the Dzerzhinsk Administration. Fedorov is a graduate of the first cohort of the "School of Mayors" program, a winner of the "Leaders of Russia" management competition in the specialization "Healthcare," and was recognized as the best municipal employee of the Nizhny Novgorod region in 2023. It should be noted that the House of National Unity was created at the initiative of the Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Gleb Nikitin. The organization focuses on the development of civil society, uniting active public forces, and disseminating best practices. Key areas include supporting non-profit organizations and communities, developing civil society institutions, and working in the format of a unified resource center. At the NGO center, volunteers and activists can receive consultations on legal and financial-economic issues, use infrastructure for events—from seminars to conferences and master classes—and interact with experts, representatives of the Public Chamber, and government authorities.
