The Nizhny Novgorod Region took third place in Russia in terms of effectiveness in working with the federal investment map. According to the Region Development Corporation, by the end of 2025 it was possible to sell 17 sites using this digital resource.
The service allows investors to assess the potential of a future project online. An entrepreneur can, without visiting the site, check everything: from the availability of roads and cellular coverage to sales markets and tax incentives. Each plot card immediately shows connection points for electricity or gas, as well as direct contacts of the owners, which eliminates unnecessary work and speeds up the purchase.
As noted by the CEO of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Corporation Igor Ishchenko, information on available territories is updated regularly, so entrepreneurs always have access to current data. In addition to the federal resource, the region also operates its own investment map, which was recognized as the best in the country in 2024. Both tools help businesses go the whole way from choosing land to launching production with the support of the Corporation.
