The pace of Beeline's network development in the past year reached record levels. Over the year the operator launched more than 36,000 base stations — roughly 100 per day — and about 5,300 new sites.

True to its goal of being with customers where they need it, Beeline strives to cover as much territory of our vast country as possible, ensuring high-quality connectivity across its entire footprint. In 2025 LTE coverage improved for 22.4 million residents of small settlements, cottage settlements and garden associations; the network of roads with stable connectivity grew by 4,500 km.

These results were made possible in part by the implementation of a large-scale refarming program — that is, the reallocation and reuse of radio frequencies. Refarming allows freeing up frequencies previously occupied by earlier-generation networks — 2G and 3G — for the more modern and powerful 4G LTE standard.

Valery Shorzhin, Deputy CEO, Head of Beeline's Technical Division:

"Beeline has already moved the 2100 MHz band to LTE in 80 subjects of the Russian Federation. In 28 of them the entire spectrum previously used for 3G has been reallocated in favor of LTE. The updated network covers almost 60% of the subscriber base. But we are not limited to this band; we are also working with other frequency resources. In particular, we are actively expanding LTE 900 coverage, which makes it possible to provide access to VoLTE services and basic internet services even indoors, as well as to improve connection quality on regional highways and in small remote settlements. LTE 900 coverage already partially or fully covers 40 regions of the Russian Federation. All this makes Beeline a leader in conducting 3G refarming and maximizing spectrum in the LTE network in our country. And we, of course, do not plan to stop at what has been achieved."
