Another kindergarten will be built in the Meditsinskaya neighborhood of Nizhny Novgorod.

      Society. Another kindergarten will open in the Sovetsky District of Nizhny Novgorod. This is stated in an order by the regional Ministry of Construction on changes to the planning project for the territory bounded by Gagarin Avenue and Beketov, Nartov and Meditsinskaya streets.

      According to the ministry’s order, the development affects an area of 102.1 hectares. The documentation was prepared on order from LLC SZ "Obyektstroy" by the design firm "Gorproekt" with the aim of redistributing zones for the siting of capital construction facilities, as well as clarifying their characteristics and the sequence of development.

      As part of the first phase, to be implemented through 2030, the plan calls for demolition of old buildings, installation of engineering communications, site grading, and the construction of residential buildings, underground parking, public-and-business facilities and infrastructure objects.

      In particular, the first phase provides for the construction of two apartment buildings with public-purpose premises and underground parking for 281 and 304 parking spaces, respectively. This stage includes landscaping of the area, construction of sidewalks, driveways, children’s and sports playgrounds, as well as connection to utility networks. In addition, construction has already begun in the Zenit residential complex on a kindergarten for 320 places as part of the national "Family" project. It could be commissioned ahead of schedule — in autumn 2026 — provided funding is allocated.

      The second phase, planned through 2033, envisages construction of several more residential buildings, two enclosed parking facilities and an administrative building. Work on landscaping, greening and the development of transport and utility infrastructure will also continue during this stage.

      In addition, construction of another preschool educational institution is planned. Note that a school for 1,600 students opened in the residential complex in the autumn.

      Earlier it was reported that Obyektstroy intends to invest 850 million rubles in the construction of a tennis academy at 27a Nartova Street.
