      The design of a multi-apartment residential building with public spaces and an underground parking garage opposite the "Switzerland" park received a positive conclusion from a non-governmental expert review. This is reported in the EGRZ.

      The facility will be built on 40 Let Oktyabrya Street within the boundaries of Rabotkinskaya and Gornaya streets.

      The examination of the project documentation and the results of engineering surveys was carried out by LLC "Prommash Test Expertise." The developer is LLC SZ "Stroy-Realty & Co." LLC "GIP-PROEKT" prepared the project documentation.

      It was previously reported that the building will have a variable number of floors — from 12 to 25. In addition to residential space, the building will include integrated public-purpose premises and an underground parking garage.

      It has also become known that the new residential complex will be built on the site of the Karpovsky Market in Nizhny Novgorod.
