Twelve scientific projects supported by the Nizhny Novgorod Science and Education Center have formed the basis for mass-produced innovative products.

      Twelve projects that received support from the Nizhny Novgorod Science and Education Center (NOС) have formed the basis for serially produced innovative products. This was reported by the governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region, Gleb Nikitin, during the annual meeting with entrepreneurs "Business Issues: An Open Dialogue."

      "One of the innovation zones is the Nizhny Novgorod Science and Education Center, which provides financial support to innovative projects and assists in finding partners, investors and customers. During its operation the center attracted approximately 2.4 billion rubles for participants, and more than 100 projects by our scientists received support. Twelve projects, so to speak, 'hit the mark' and moved on to serial production of innovative products. Their annual revenue is already over 1.5 billion rubles," Gleb Nikitin said.

      According to the Nizhny Novgorod SEC, a number of additional commercial products based on solutions developed with the center's support are currently under development.
