A mass power outage occurred in the town of Semenov in the Nizhny Novgorod Region on 19 November.
According to the district administration, one of the 10 kV sections at one of the substations went offline due to a technical fault.
As of 15:30, all socially important institutions had already been reconnected to the power supply.
"Restoration of electricity to all other consumers is expected to be completed by 17:00," the district administration clarified.
Recall that on the evening of 17 November residents of the Verkhnie Pechery microdistrict (Nizhny Novgorod) were left without electricity. Power was restored within a few hours.
