Nizhny Novgorod residents can submit applications for the All‑Russian Municipal Award "Service" (12+) until November 21.

Established by Russian President Vladimir Putin in 2023, the award is conferred on outstanding members of the municipal community for a special contribution to the development of territories and the improvement of citizens' quality of life.

The number of individual and team applications for the third award has already exceeded 48,000, indicating high participant engagement and effective teamwork in the municipal sector across the country.

Applications from the Donbass and Novorossiya regions continue to arrive actively. To date, more than 800 applications have been submitted from the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, and the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.

The three most popular categories were: "A Great Heritage for Future Generations," "Territory Development — Residents’ Well‑being," and "Each Initiative — Common Success."

More than a thousand applications were submitted by participants aged 18 to 24. At the same time, the oldest candidate — a municipal deputy from Nalchik — is 92 years old.

The award will be presented in ten categories and is already traditionally regarded as a key event for the entire municipal community. Its aim is to give every municipal official the opportunity to present their achievements and successful projects.

Applications are open until November 21. A project, managerial decision, or initiative can be submitted on the official website премияслужение.рф.

The Ministry of Internal, Regional and Municipal Policy of the Nizhny Novgorod Region clarified that more than 650 applications have already been received from the region.

The award ceremony for the winners will take place in April 2026 as part of the III All‑Russian Municipal Forum "Small Homeland — the Strength of Russia."
