The Ministry of Construction approved the construction of a Pyaterochka distribution center in Dzerzhinsk.

      A new distribution center for the Pyaterochka retail chain will be built in Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      The building permit was issued by the region's Ministry of Construction on October 15, 2025. The total area of the future warehouse complex will be about 45,000 square meters.

      The project is being implemented by the local company LLC "Alliance-NN". The project documentation was developed by specialists from Tatarstan.

      X5 Group announced plans to create a logistics facility in Dzerzhinsk back in 2022.

      In July, the center passed the state examination.

      Earlier it was reported that Wildberries' logistics center would be built in Novinki for 12 billion rubles. It was also reported that residents of the settlement did not support the construction of a WB warehouse near their homes. Last week the authorities discussed the construction of the logistics center with local residents.
