The materials have been sent to court for consideration on the merits, the press service of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region reported.
According to the investigation, the incident occurred on August 24 in Knyaginino during the City Day celebrations. During the concert, a man who was intoxicated went up on stage. He began to behave inappropriately and refused to leave the stage despite repeated warnings.
Another man on the stage tried to remove the offender and pushed him. As a result, he lost his balance and fell off the stage directly onto a 10-year-old girl standing nearby. The child sustained a broken leg.
