      Incidents: A preliminary investigation is underway in the Kanavinsky district of Nizhny Novgorod into the death of an elderly man whose body was found in a local lake.

      The tragedy occurred on the evening of September 6. The 61-year-old man had been searched for three days.

      An investigator from the district office of the Investigative Committee went to the scene. He organized a probe to determine exactly what happened.

      During the examination of the body, experts found no signs of a violent death or any suspicious injuries. A forensic medical examination has been ordered to determine the exact cause of death.
