      A new two-storey polyclinic designed for 100 visits per shift will appear in the Avtozavodsky District of Nizhny Novgorod. The architectural appearance of the future medical facility has already been approved, the regional Ministry of Urban Development's website reports.

      The building will be located within the boundaries of Arkady Gaidar, Stakhanovskaya and Lekalnaya streets on a plot measuring 2,350 square meters. The total area of the polyclinic itself will be almost 1,500 square meters.

      The building's facades will be finished in ivory and gray feldspar colors. The polyclinic will have large windows with dark brown trim.

      It should be added that the project, developed by the architectural bureau LLC "Kvartal" on behalf of the company "ExpertPlus-NN", includes improvement of the adjacent territory. There will be sidewalks, driveways and parking for 20 cars.

      Earlier it was reported that a long-stay hotel would open on Studenaya Street in Nizhny Novgorod.
