      VTB topped Forbes magazine's ranking of banks for large private capital for the fifth time. The number of VTB Private Banking clients increased by a third over the year, and assets under management grew almost 1.5 times. The assessment of the best premium banks was carried out based on the number of clients and asset volumes, ratings of leading Russian agencies, savings tariffs, as well as votes from market participants. VTB Private Banking entered the platinum group of banks for wealthy clients.

      “In a rapidly developing world, the wishes and needs of wealthy clients and their family members are constantly changing. Our goal is not simply to be the bank of first choice, but to create products and services that anticipate their requests. Our clients receive the best solutions that are not even offered by foreign competitors. This is possible thanks to technology and our main principle: always being one step ahead,” commented Senior Vice President, Head of Private Banking and “Privileges” at VTB, Oksana Semenenko.

      This year a digital financial assistant was launched — a personal service for wealthy clients that helps manage capital efficiently using an AI-based algorithm. For clients without brokerage accounts, an educational project called “Investment Start” was implemented. In addition, VTB launched investment products with exposure to cryptocurrency.

      The VTB Private Banking service format combines services for corporate and private clients in a “single window” with expanded capabilities. The family financial office and legal asset support helped clients obtain financial benefits of more than 3 billion rubles over the past year. The bank’s clients are provided with transactional independence anywhere in the world. In 2025 VTB Private Banking was recognized by Frank Research Group as the leader in the large private capital market, including in the top segment of clients with portfolios over 100 million rubles. Finaward awarded VTB’s wealth segment for the unique partner platform VTB Family and for the innovative digital platform Wealth Management. Also this year the VTB Private Banking team was recognized as the best on the market (“Banking Review”).
