A large-scale cooperation agreement was signed between GP NO "NOF" and the All-Russian Research Institute of Medical Equipment of Roszdravnadzor.

      The purpose of the agreement is to establish long-term partnership relations based on mutually beneficial cooperation between Nizhny Novgorod Regional Pharmacy and the All-Russian Scientific Research and Testing Institute of Medical Equipment of the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare (FSBI "VNIIMT" of Roszdravnadzor).

      Nizhny Novgorod Regional Pharmacy conducts systematic work to organize prompt and high-quality servicing of medical equipment (including high-tech medical equipment) installed in medical organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Health of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. To this end, the state enterprise has created a division for the repair and technical maintenance of medical devices, which on 15 July 2025 received a license from the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare to carry out these types of activities.

      As noted by the General Director of the State Enterprise of the Nizhny Novgorod Region "NOF", Pavel Yastrebov, the cooperation agreement with VNIIMT will allow the state enterprise, first and foremost, to build a digital system for remote monitoring of the condition and assessment of the efficiency of medical device operation.

      "Such a system, when functioning properly, should significantly shorten the response and diagnostic times when repairing a medical device," Pavel Yastrebov said. "In addition, cooperation with the research institute will make it possible to advance in implementing artificial intelligence and thus reduce the human factor in diagnostics," concluded the head of Nizhny Novgorod Regional Pharmacy.

      The agreement provides for joint activities in training and professional development of engineers and specialists in the field of technical maintenance and repair of medical devices, as well as the formation of a stock of components and spare parts to eliminate downtime of failed equipment.
