The Youth Council of APZ celebrated its fifth anniversary.

      Society on July 26 at the "Morozovsky" preventive health center, the Youth Council of the Arzamas Instrument-Making Plant celebrated its fifth anniversary.

      Despite the solemnity of the occasion, the event was held in an informal, warm, and friendly atmosphere. And literally without ties — MS activists in corporate T-shirts and bomber jackets.

      The honored guest was General Director Andrey Kapustin.

      "All these five years, I have been with you. In January 2020, I was appointed head of AIPZ, and soon the topic of the Youth Council and its chairperson emerged. You have formed an excellent team! I am confident that each of you will remember this time as one of the best," noted Andrey Anatolyevich. "Thanks to your ideas, the MS and the enterprise have been recognized not only at the regional but also at the Russian level."

      Any anniversary is always a summary. All significant events of the five-year activity of the MS were reflected in five films. Those who recently joined the AIPZ youth organization learned about the stages of MS formation, team building, initial events... And those who have been active from the start sometimes wondered during the viewing: "Did we really do all this?"

      And a lot has been accomplished. It has already become history how, in 2020, during the pandemic year, the first MS activists delivered 3,000 food sets to veterans of the plant using their personal cars. In 2021, they conducted contests for the best civil product idea, the first tournament in park volleyball, took over supervision of the "House with a Tail" shelter, and launched the "Gather the Dream" project. In 2022, volunteers participated in the aeronautics festival and organized the first rock festival. The KVN "Doctor Plandin Cup" and the art project "Drawings on the Wall" became hallmark events of 2023. "Help for veterans," "Museum Marathon," "DPP Competitions" — are initiatives from 2024.

      "Today, the AIPZ MS is at the peak of its activity," emphasized its chairman Artem Kanashkin. "An enormous number of ideas, events, socially useful activities. It includes representatives of almost all trades, department specialists, and young leaders. It encompasses members of many subcultures and interests. Being part of this team is a pride and a responsibility. Congratulations to all council members on the fifth anniversary. And for those who are not yet part of us, I’ll say: our doors are open for everyone. We will be happy to see you in the Youth Council!"
