In the village of Novoprokorskoe, Nizhny Novgorod region, a car driver crashed into the fence of a private house and then attempted to flee the scene. The incident occurred on the evening of August 3, 2025, around 19:00.
Police officers promptly arrived at the scene. The offender — a 50-year-old man — tried to escape but was detained by the police. He was taken to Police Department No. 7 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Nizhny Novgorod.
Administrative protocols have been drawn up against the man. One for disobedience to a lawful police order, the other for refusing to undergo a medical examination for intoxication.
The circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
It was previously reported that in Pavlovo district, Nizhny Novgorod region, an intoxicated driver destroyed a private house fence: a criminal case has been initiated. Also, in Nizhny Novgorod, a BMW collided with the facade of an administrative building on the Nizhnevolzhskaya Embankment.
