      SocietyFor exchanging work experience with youth Arzamas Instrument Engineering Plant named after P.I. Plandin was visited by a delegation of young specialists from JSC "Michurinsk Plant Progress."

      The work of the Youth Council of AIPZ was discussed by its chairman, assistant to the general director Artem Kanashkin. Topics included: the model and structure of the organization, activities of activists and project curators, as well as motivation for joining the Youth Council.

      "We discussed all the stages of establishing a youth organization, which we ourselves once went through," said Artem Nikolaevich. "Today, there is a competition for personnel at industrial enterprises. We are making every effort to ensure that the working life of our youth is rich, diverse, and interesting."

      The round table was also attended by AIPZ General Director Andrey Kapustin.

      "The Youth Council is the best advertisement for the enterprise to attract personnel. It organizes numerous activities outside of work hours, dozens of events for employees, and this requires little investment. The team bonds, and young families are created. The active activities of leaders contribute to their rapid career growth."

      Andrey Anatolyevich answered questions from the guests regarding how to become a general director, and how AIPZ views employees obtaining higher education and scientific degrees.

      Guests visited the AIPZ history museum, and also got acquainted with the attractions of Arzamas.

      Andrey Sychev, lead specialist, chairman of the Youth Council of JSC "Michurinsk Plant Progress":

      "Our Youth Council appeared about half a year ago, and now there are 40 people. Creating something from scratch is difficult, so we came to learn from your experience, because we know that AIPZ has a strong youth organization. We are interested in projects, volunteer activities. We will continue our cooperation."

      Ivan Prokhorov, energy technician of shop No. 9, member of the Youth Council of JSC "Michurinsk Plant Progress":

      "I am responsible for the information direction in the Council. I have adopted many ideas, for example, promoting the activities of the Youth Council to a wider audience. Interesting symbolism, awards, merchandise. We currently lack this."
