      Two workers at the Sverdlov Plant in the Nizhny Novgorod region were seriously injured, as reported by the State Labor Inspectorate.

      The accident occurred on August 2. The employees were performing the installation of a valve onto the main pipeline body. During the work, a fluid spill occurred, resulting in injuries to the workers.

      The State Labor Inspectorate has launched an investigation into the incident, during which the authorities will determine the causes of the accident.

      Earlier, the agency uncovered multi-million ruble debts owed to employees at one of the Nizhny Novgorod enterprises. The company underpaid employees by over 21 million rubles.
