In a Nizhny Novgorod-based company engaged in constructing engineering communications for water supply, sewage, and gas supply, ООО "MKT-NN," a re-inspection by the State Labor Inspectorate was conducted, and once again, the results were disappointing. It turned out that 240 employees did not receive their salaries for November and December 2024.
According to the State Labor Inspectorate, the total debt exceeds 21 million rubles.
Inspections reviewed the documents and confirmed that the money was indeed not paid to the employees. The company must settle all debts to its employees as soon as possible, including those who have already been dismissed.
Ilya Moshes, the chief labor inspector for the Nizhny Novgorod region, emphasized that salary delays are a serious violation. He stated that timely payments are not just a legal requirement but an essential part of stability for every individual and their family. He promised that the inspection will continue monitoring the situation until all employees receive what they are entitled to.
