      From August 1, Vyacheslav Ulyaschenko has assumed the duties of director of the branch of RTRS "Nizhny Novgorod Regional Radio and Television Broadcasting Center." He was introduced to the team by the first deputy general director of RTRS for management, operation, and network development, Alexander Zolotov.

      As Alexander Zolotov noted, the new leader has significant managerial experience within the RTRS system, as well as expert knowledge in strategic planning considering industry specifics and modern digital trends.

      Among the key tasks assigned to Vyacheslav Ulyaschenko are the implementation of government policy in the field of broadcasting and further development of the region's infocommunication infrastructure.

      In his first address to the team, he emphasized that the Nizhny Novgorod region consistently shows high results in television broadcasting and FM radio.

      "By preserving and developing the best professional traditions of the branch, I plan to focus on network modernization, increasing its reliability, strengthening cooperation with industry partners, and implementing significant social initiatives aimed at the benefit of the region's residents," Ulyaschenko highlighted.

      Vyacheslav Ulyaschenko graduated with honors from Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics (TUSUR) with a specialization in "Crisis Management." He holds a candidate of economic sciences degree and additional education in strategic management.

      Since 2009, he has worked within the RTRS structure. He previously held the position of deputy director of the Chelyabinsk branch and managed the financial and economic department of the Tomsk branch. He also taught at TUSUR at the Department of Television and Radio Engineering of the Faculty of Radio Engineering as an associate professor.

      For his professional merits, Vyacheslav Ulyaschenko was awarded thanks from the Minister of Digital Development, Communications, and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, as well as regional and corporate awards.
