      On the evening of July 23, a fatal accident involving a pedestrian occurred in the Volodarsky district of Nizhny Novgorod region. This was reported by the regional traffic police department.

      Around 9:55 PM, in the Krasnaya Gorka settlement on Lenin Street, a 21-year-old car driver hit a pedestrian. The pedestrian died at the scene from his injuries.

      Gamka inspectors are investigating all the circumstances of the incident.

      It is worth noting that on the morning of July 20, a pedestrian was hit on Lenin Avenue in Nizhny Novgorod. A 26-year-old driver crossed into oncoming traffic, after which the car jumped onto the sidewalk where two men were located. One of them managed to jump aside and escape, while the other died at the scene.
