      The project for a multi-storey residential building in the Avtozavodsky district of Nizhny Novgorod, intended for relocating citizens from emergency housing, has successfully passed the state examination. Information about this is published on the GIS EGRZ portal.

      The building is being constructed on Sadovaya Street, near house No. 24. The customer for the work is the MUC "Main Department for Capital Construction." The design documentation was prepared by two organizations — LLC "Synaps Plus" and LLC "Ecopromproekt."

      It should be noted that in June, the State Expertise Department for Project Documentation and Engineering Surveys issued a negative conclusion on the project.

      The house is being built as part of the targeted program for relocating citizens from emergency housing deemed such after January 1, 2017. According to the project, it will be an eight-story building with a total area of over 9,800 square meters. The house will feature apartments of various layouts — from one-room to four-room.

      The construction permit was issued by the regional Ministry of Construction in December 2024. It was also announced at that time that construction was scheduled to be completed no later than November 10, 2025. The total cost of the project is 688 million rubles.

      By February 2025, the city administration had already announced the start of construction works: the foundation had been poured, and the contractor had begun erecting the basement floors. Recently, Mayor Yuri Shalabaev noted that the contractors are working according to schedule, and residents are expected to move in at the end of this year or the beginning of next year.

      In 2025, a total of three multi-family buildings for relocated residents are planned to be constructed in Nizhny Novgorod. The project is implemented within the framework of the national project "Infrastructure for Life."
