Society For the first half of 2025, the "Gosuslugi. Let's Decide Together" (POS) feedback platform received and processed over 63,000 inquiries from residents of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
"During the first six months of this year, 177 public discussions and 288 public hearings were held on the platform, 571 municipal and 16 regional surveys were published. The connection of regional institutions to POS is ongoing to facilitate faster response to residents' requests," noted Alexander Sinelobov, Minister of Digital Development and Communications of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
Currently, more than 4,000 organizations are connected to POS, including executive authorities and municipalities, kindergartens, educational and cultural institutions, healthcare organizations, social service providers, resource supply organizations, regional operators for waste processing, payment acceptance operators in the housing and utilities sector, settlement centers, and property management companies.
"Residents of the region more and more frequently use the feedback platform to resolve their issues – the number of inquiries has increased by 10 percent compared to the same period last year. Moreover, POS has ceased to be just a ‘feedback’ tool and has become an effective platform for prompt response: for more than 100 topics in the Nizhny Novgorod region, the shortest response times—up to 10 days—have been established, but many inquiries are resolved on the same day they are submitted," explained Alexey Ushakov, head of the Civil Control Center of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
