According to Vladimir Mikhaylov, head of the Cheboksary municipal district of the Republic of Chuvashia, on his social media, the crash resulted in the deaths of Elena Denisova, head of the legal department of the district administration, and Alexei Artemyev, driver of the district's general services center. Vladimir Mikhaylov noted that his colleagues were not just valuable people to him, but also friends and mentors. The head of the local government expressed condolences on behalf of the entire district administration. "This is a terrible tragedy that throws us off track and leaves an unendurable pain in the hearts of everyone who knew and worked side by side with our colleagues. They were not just employees, but part of our big team, dedicated to their work and the residents of the district.
