      On July 14, 2025, in Balakhna, Nizhny Novgorod region, a 67-year-old locksmith working for "BiotechService" was found unconscious at the sewer pumping station. According to witnesses, around 8:35 a.m., two employees heard rasping sounds and saw the man lying on the floor.

      The workshop supervisor immediately reported the incident and called an ambulance and rescuers. The victim was lifted to the surface and handed over to medical personnel, but he could not be saved.
