Nizhny Novgorod thermal equipment manufacturer joined the federal "Productivity" project.

      Evan LLC from Nizhny Novgorod became the 290th participant in the federal project "Labor Productivity" of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy" in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Regional center of competence (RCC) experts will implement lean manufacturing tools at the enterprise. The company specializes in the production of heating and water heating equipment.

      “Evan became the first manufacturer of household heating and water heating equipment to join the federal project 'Labor Productivity' in the Nizhny Novgorod region. RCC experts will work on the company's site for six months. Together with the company's team, RCC specialists will select a pilot process, analyze workflows, and eliminate bottlenecks. Implementing the tools of the 'Labor Productivity' federal project will reduce production time without additional costs, increase efficiency, and improve working conditions for employees,” said Maxim Cherkasov, Minister of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod region.

      At the same time, employee training on the fundamentals of lean manufacturing will be conducted.

      From 2019 to 2024, similar support measures were implemented within the framework of the national project "Labor Productivity," and from 2025 onwards—in the framework of the federal project "Labor Productivity" of the "Efficient and Competitive Economy" national project. Companies that have already implemented lean technologies with government support increased productivity by an average of 40%.

      The "Efficient and Competitive Economy" national project, initiated by President Vladimir Putin, is the main tool for shaping a new growth model.
