The first kindergarten under the KRT agreement in Nizhny Novgorod will be completed in 2025.

      It will be built near the villages of Rzhavki and Utechino. The first kindergarten constructed as part of the Comprehensive Territorial Development Program (CRTP) is planned to be commissioned in Nizhny Novgorod this year. It is designed for 280 children and will be located near the villages of Rzhavki and Utechino. This was reported by the Nizhny Novgorod Region Development Strategy. The preschool facility is being built simultaneously with the first six residential buildings of the quarter. It will include groups for toddlers, speech therapist and psychologist offices, as well as additional education classrooms. Playgrounds and sports areas will be equipped in the kindergarten yard. Besides the kindergarten, the residential complex will feature a school for 1,224 students, a clinic, and a sports and wellness center. The territory of the residential quarter will be comprehensively landscaped. Overall, under the CRTP program in the Nizhny Novgorod region, investors plan to build 17 kindergartens, three schools, three clinics, and restore 10 cultural heritage sites. Photo: Newsroom24
