In areas with a fire danger class of 4 and 5, access for citizens to forests is prohibited. A partial establishment of the 4th class of forest fire danger occurs in six municipalities: g.o. Dzerzhinsk, Bolshabeldyansky, Krasnooktyabrsky, Pilninsky, Sergachsky, and Serychovsky municipal districts. The 3rd class of forest fire danger is fully established in seven municipalities: g.o. Sarov, Chkalovsky, Shakhunya, Krasnobakovsky, Tonkinsky, Tonshaevsky, and Sharangsky districts. The 3rd class is partially established in nineteen municipalities: Pervomaysk, Balakhninsky, Bogorodsky, Buturlinsky, Varnavin, Vetluzhsky, Voznesensky, Volodarsky, Vorotynsky, Voskresensky, Gaginsky, Gorodetsky, Diveevsky, Knyagininsky, Lukoyanovsky, Pochinkovsky, Semenovsky, Spassky, and Urensky districts. The 2nd class of forest fire danger is fully established in five municipalities: Vyksa, Kulebaki, Ardatovsky, Vady, and Pervozhsky districts. The 2nd class is partially established in eleven municipalities: Arzamassky, Nizhny Novgorod, Bor, Bolshemurashkinsky, Koverninsky, Lyskovsky, Navashinsky, Pavlovsky, Sokolsky, Sosnovsky, and Shatkovsky districts. The 1st class of forest fire danger is fully established in three municipalities: Vachsky, Dальнеконстантиновский, and Kstovsky districts.
