Chairman of the City Duma Evgeny Chintsov held a series of meetings with residents of electoral district No. 30, one of which took place at house No. 34 on Yubileynaya Street. The house was built in the mid-1970s and today requires serious repairs. Residents are concerned about the situation and are looking for all possible options to restore the roof, facade, and foundation.

The speaker of the City Duma, along with the director of the management company of the Soviet district, Sergey Rodin, discussed in detail with the initiative group of homeowners the condition of the house and outlined a plan of priority actions.

"I am convinced that only through constant dialogue with residents can we make our city better. People know the specific problems of their houses and yards, and our task is to help find solutions and achieve results. And each such specific case is important also because it helps to see where systemic solutions are already needed," noted Evgeny Chintsov.
