      The Project Inclusive Office (PIO), operating on the basis of the Nizhny Novgorod Employment Center "Work of Russia," has summarized its work over the past three years. The activities of the inclusive office align with the objectives of the national project "Personnel," which is being implemented starting in 2025 by the decree of the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin. Since August 2023, 4,000 citizens with disabilities have utilized the services of the Project Inclusive Office. Each of them underwent career orientation and received consultation from a career advisor. 2,300 people were employed, and 450 received psychological support. Additionally, 500 individuals received assistance in social adaptation. In turn, in the first half of 2026, the Project Inclusive Office helped 400 citizens with disabilities find jobs, more than 100 of whom were employed in quota positions. People with disabilities increasingly prefer the services of the PIO over independent job searches. The introduction of supported employment technology in the region has made services accessible and in demand.

      "The choice in favor of the services of the Project Inclusive Office indicates a growing trust from citizens. Here, they not only provide information about vacancies but also genuinely offer support, help navigate the labor market, find optimal solutions for each situation, assist in coping with difficult psychological moments, and successfully adapt to a new workplace," said Igor Pantyukhin, Minister of Demography and Human Capital Development.

      Interest from businesses is also growing. In the first six months of 2026, 594 employers utilized the services of the PIO—118 more than in the entire previous year. The most in-demand services included corporate training programs on inclusion culture and job quota policies, as well as seminars on state support measures for employers.

      An important condition for improving service quality has been team training. Six PIO specialists underwent advanced internships in St. Petersburg, after which they shared their knowledge and trained colleagues in the branches of the Nizhny Novgorod Employment Center "Work of Russia" throughout the region.

      "The internship of our specialists and the subsequent replication of best practices have allowed us to create a strong team across the region. Today, trained employees in the branches are ready to competently support each job seeker on their path to employment, taking into account their individual capabilities and needs," noted Elena Vidyaeva, acting director of the Nizhny Novgorod Employment Center "Work of Russia."
