The new adventures of "Curious Varvara" will begin on September 1 on Wink.

      On August 11, 2026, at 17:51 Culture and Leisure The premiere of the third season of the children's comedy-detective series "Curious Varvara" (6+) will take place on September 1, 2026, exclusively in the online cinema Wink (a joint venture of "Rostelecom" and NMG). The filming of the continuation of the story about the young detective took place in Kaliningrad and its surroundings. The young actors Polina Ainutdinova, Sergey Fedorov, and Veronika Zhuravleva will return to the main roles, as well as Viktor Bychkov and Lyudmila Artemyeva.

      The events of the new season unfold in a summer children's camp, where the heroes are brought by their grandmother and grandfather. Varvara and Vasya, as always, find themselves at the center of exciting and mysterious adventures. On the very first day at the camp, the young detectives encounter a ghost and set off in search of pirate treasures.

      The director of the third season, under the guidance of the series' authors - showrunner Karen Oganesyan and creative producer Yuri Korobeynikov - is debutant Mark Nuriyev. The production was handled by the film company "Cargo" with the support of the Internet Development Institute (ANO "IRI") and "NMG Studios". The project will expand the Wink Originals lineup ("The Word of a Guy. Blood on the Asphalt" (18+), "Moscow Does Not Believe in Tears. It’s Just the Beginning" (16+), "Fisher" (18+), "Combination" (18+), "Ballet" (18+) and others).

      Yuri Korobeynikov, creative producer:

      "Our heroes have grown up, become wiser, and now they have completely different problems and worries. Will Varya be able to remain a detective for whom investigation is more important than feelings? This is what we will find out in the new season. I want to emphasize: although we are making a project about children for children, first and foremost, we are people who want our work to be engaging. Personally, as an author, it is important for me to create a story that I would find interesting to watch myself. Therefore, the series includes jokes and situations that will definitely touch most adults - at least from a nostalgic point of view. It will be interesting to experience them again together with the characters."

      Polina Ainutdinova, who plays Varya:

      "In this season, my character will undergo a transition from childhood to adulthood. Varya has grown older, entered her teenage years, and, of course, she has started to like boys. At this age, it is difficult to hold back emotions."
