Information about the document has been published in the relevant registry of the Ministry of Construction of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
The new educational institution will be located on Vishnevaya Street in the village of Krutoy. The developer of the project is the Kaluga company LLC "Stroytsentr".
In June, the project documentation and the results of engineering surveys received a positive conclusion from the state expert review.
The documentation was prepared by LLC "Tekhnologiya" from Bryansk.
Residents of the village of Krutoy have been advocating for a new school for several years. In 2024, they addressed this issue to the chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, and the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin.
After the appeals, the authorities reported that the construction of the educational institution is planned to be completed in 2027.
The future school will accommodate 1,225 students.
