The president of RPL, Alaev, commented on Latyshonok's transfer to "Baltika."

These funds allow for the acquisition of players and the formation of a squad aimed at competing in the Premier League. In the opinion of the head of the RPL, the acquisition of Latyshonok could also have been made with an eye on the RPL.
