A man on an electric bicycle hit a teenager in Pavlov and fled the scene.

      August 2, 2026 12:38 Incidents Two men on an electric bicycle hit a schoolboy in Pavlov and fled the scene of the accident. This was reported by the regional State Traffic Inspectorate.

      A 15-year-old teenager was riding his bicycle on the roadway towards Suvorov Street on the evening of August 1. Following him were two men on an electric bicycle. They did not maintain a safe distance and crashed into the teenager.

      After the incident, the men left the scene of the accident. The teenager sustained bodily injuries and sought medical assistance on his own. Currently, all circumstances of the incident are being established.
