      August 2, 2026 16:25 Society The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed to present a report on the criminal case regarding the violation of housing rights of a family from the village of Chistoe Borskoe. This was reported by the information center of the agency. The reason for the investigation was a complaint from a local resident. The woman reported that she and her disabled mother remain the only residents of a multi-apartment building built in 1953 on Sportivnaya Street. The building was recognized as emergency in 2017 due to a high degree of wear of the structures. However, new improved housing has still not been provided to the family. The deadlines for resettlement have been repeatedly postponed, the last time to 2027. A criminal case has been initiated on this fact in the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod region. Alexander Bastrykin instructed the acting head of the regional department, Alexander Dynkov, to report on the preliminary and final results of the investigation, as well as on measures to provide the family with improved housing. The execution of the instruction has been put under control in the central office of the agency. It should be added that this is not the first emergency house in Bor that has come to the attention of the head of the Investigative Committee. Earlier, Alexander Bastrykin requested reports on buildings on Nekrasova and Komsomolskaya streets in the Oktyabrsky village, on Chapayeva Street in the Neklyudovo village, as well as on Shkolnaya Street in the Memory of the Paris Commune village.
