The appearance of the multi-storey building with a kindergarten near the Molitovsky Bridge has been approved.

      On July 29, 2026, at 16:31, the Nizhny Novgorod city administration approved the architectural and urban planning appearance of another apartment building, which will be constructed as part of the KRT on Vorotynskaya Street near the Molitovsky Bridge. The order was published on the agency's website.

      The building will also include public purpose premises, an attached kindergarten, and an underground parking lot. The application for approval was submitted by LLC "Specialized Developer 'Komsomolskaya'," which is part of the GloraX Group.

      The multi-story building will occupy 5,317.25 square meters on a plot of 13,560 square meters. The project provides for variable heights from 1 to 28 floors. The total area of the building will be 29,726.33 square meters.

      It should be noted that earlier the regional city administration approved the appearance of the first two buildings that will become part of the "Left Bank" quarter. The agreement on the comprehensive development of the territory between the government of the Nizhny Novgorod region and the company "GloraX" was signed in January 2024. It provides for the construction of not only 11 multi-section buildings ranging from 6 to 33 floors but also social infrastructure: three kindergartens, a school, a clinic, and a sports and health complex.

      The developer will also develop and implement a concept for the improvement of the embankment, creating public spaces and a walking area along the Oka River for residents of the Lenin district.
