As explained by the Association of Micromobility Operators, after receiving the information, the service will take action against violators in accordance with the terms of the offer, depending on the severity of the violation: warning, fine, or account blocking. "If the message in the chat has been processed, it means that measures have been taken. According to statistics, the causes of accidents or discomfort for pedestrians often include violations of age restrictions, riding two people, not yielding at pedestrian crossings, and careless parking. The share of violators among users of the services does not exceed 2%, and the bots "Scooters: Public Control" are aimed at further reducing this figure," specialists report.
