The press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Nizhny Novgorod region stated that an investigation is underway regarding this incident. Law enforcement is identifying the participants in the conflict and the circumstances of what happened. "If you witness aggressive behavior or a violation of public order, immediately report it to the police via the communication channels '02' or '102' (from a mobile phone)," the police urged.
