      On July 9, 2026, at 16:00, Society The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, requested a report on the inspection of the situation regarding the non-resettlement of an emergency house in the settlement of Oktyabrsky in Bor. This was reported by the information center of the agency. A collective appeal from residents of an apartment building on Komsomolskaya Street was received in his reception via "VKontakte." People reported that the building, constructed in 1961, is in an uninhabitable condition: the structures are deteriorating, and living there has become unsafe. Alexander Bastrykin instructed the head of the regional department, Ayrat Akhmetshin, to report on the progress of the inspection, the decisions made, and the measures being taken to restore the residents' rights to receive improved housing.
