The new employee was introduced to the leadership team by the head of the regional department, Lieutenant General Yuri Arsentyev. He stated that Shapovalov has extensive experience in managerial work in the internal affairs bodies. He is also capable of making balanced decisions quickly in difficult situations. Shapovalov, for his part, promised to diligently fulfill the assigned tasks and ensure effective interaction with subordinates.
