The customer is the state enterprise of the Nizhny Novgorod region "Nizhny Novgorodelectrotrans." In early June, it announced tenders for the repair of three depots. The technical documentation provides for the major repair of administrative and production buildings. It is planned to bring thermal insulation to standards, restore ventilation and heating, repair electrical supply, replace lighting, and put in order the fire-fighting water supply, alarm system, and notification system. The workshops will have their flooring and inspection pits updated. The list of works is defined by the estimate. The work must be completed no later than November 25, 2026. As a result, a contractor was found only for the repair of one depot - No. 3 on Lenin Avenue, 87B. One application was submitted for participation in the procurement, which was recognized as meeting the requirements of the legislation. The contract was concluded with LLC PPSK "Vector" at the initial price of 95.16 million rubles. For the other two facilities, the auctions were declared unsuccessful due to the lack of applications. Thus, for the major repair of depot No. 2 in the Moscow district on Sormovsky Highway, 1B, costing 259.75 million rubles, and depot No. 1 in the Soviet district on General Ivliev Street, 1, for 201.64 million rubles, no applications were received. It should be noted that contracts for the major repair of these depots were already concluded in 2024. At that time, 770 million rubles were allocated for these purposes. The work was supposed to be completed by November 2025. However, in April, the contractor left the sites without finishing the repairs. Subsequently, law enforcement agencies uncovered the embezzlement of 79 million rubles of budget funds during the execution of the contract.
