The Nizhny Novgorod City Hall is selling premises in two historical buildings.

      The administration of Nizhny Novgorod has approved the conditions for the privatization of seven non-residential premises. Some of the properties are located in buildings recognized as cultural heritage monuments of regional significance.

      The resolution on the conditions for the sale of municipal real estate has been published on the official website of the Nizhny Novgorod mayor's office. The area of the premises put up for auction ranges from 6.3 to 612.5 square meters.

      The largest property is located at 42 Rozhdestvenskaya Street. The premises, with an area of 612.5 square meters, occupy the first and second floors, and its starting price is set at 16.1 million rubles.

      In the same building, a premises on the third floor with an area of 347.5 square meters is being sold. The starting price of this lot is 10.6 million rubles. Both properties are part of the regional heritage monument "House of I. E. Vyalov."

      Three more premises have been put up for auction in the house of A. S. Ostatoshnikov with a store at 12 Bolshaya Pokrovskaya. This property also has the status of cultural heritage of regional significance.

      The premises with an area of 196.1 square meters on the second floor is valued at 13.3 million rubles. The lot with an area of 91.7 square meters on the third floor is being sold for 6.6 million rubles, while the basement premises with an area of 178.8 square meters is priced at 5.5 million rubles.

      In addition, the city plans to privatize a basement premises with an area of 6.3 square meters at 14 Norilskaya Street. Its starting price is 382.4 thousand rubles.

      Another property with an area of 29.9 square meters is located in the basement of building No. 5 on Jupiter Street. The starting price for this premises is set at 1.3 million rubles.
