Nizhny Novgorod entrepreneurs highly appreciated the activities of the Development Corporation.

      On July 6, 2026, at 14:59, the Economy Corporation for the Development of the Nizhny Novgorod Region conducted a survey among investors to assess their level of satisfaction with the quality of the development agency's work, digital services for business, and compliance with the provisions of the regional investment declaration. The total number of respondents was over 50 people.

      The activities of the Development Corporation were evaluated by businesses based on eight criteria. These include information on existing support measures, assistance in interacting with regional and local authorities, support in selecting a site for the implementation of investment projects, interaction with investors in a "single window" mode, assistance in interacting with financial organizations, the qualification level of the Corporation's employees, support in gaining access to infrastructure, and assistance in interacting with resource-supplying organizations. According to the survey results, the satisfaction coefficient was 4.95 out of a possible 5.

      The survey assessing compliance with the provisions of the regional investment declaration includes the following indicators: improvement of the investment climate, the process of obtaining support measures, and connection to infrastructure.       Entrepreneurs rated the functionality of the investment map of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, as in the first quarter of 2026, at 5 out of a possible 5. Respondents evaluated the service based on the following points: accessibility when searching online, ease of use, data reliability, usefulness in the process of launching and preparing an investment project, relevance, and usefulness of the posted information.

      The quality of the investment portal of the Nizhny Novgorod Region was rated by entrepreneurs at 1.98 out of a possible 2. In the first half of 2025, this indicator was 1.93. Investors assessed the convenience of using the portal, the informational content of the service, as well as the possibility of electronic interaction between businesses and the development agency.

      "Objective feedback is the basis for improving digital services and our interaction with investors. Regular surveys allow us to identify aspects that require further refinement. We are in constant search of new solutions, despite the high ratings from businesses," said Igor Ishchenko, General Director of the Development Corporation of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      The Development Corporation of the Nizhny Novgorod Region was established at the initiative of Governor Gleb Nikitin. The organization facilitates the implementation of projects at all stages—from providing information about the region, possible support measures, inspecting investment sites, to commissioning the facility, taking on obligations to interact with executive authorities, local self-government, entities of natural monopolies, and other organizations.
