More than 50 residents of Nizhny Novgorod participated in a seminar on the labeling of veterinary products through the "Honest Sign."

      On July 6, 2026, at 14:44, Economy More than 50 residents of Nizhny Novgorod — 23 entrepreneurs and 31 employees of state veterinary institutions in the region — participated in a seminar on the labeling of veterinary drugs and animal feeds, which took place at the "Ankudinovka" technopark in Nizhny Novgorod. The event was initiated at the request of the regional veterinary committee. The organizers were the Nizhny Novgorod Ministry of Industry in collaboration with the regional assistance center "Honest Sign" in accordance with the goals and objectives of the federal project "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship" of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy."

      "Today, the requirements for labeling goods through the 'Honest Sign' system apply to 36 product groups — from building materials and radio electronics to canned goods and sports nutrition. Our task is to help entrepreneurs understand the current rules and establish working processes in accordance with the new requirements. For this purpose, comprehensive business support has been organized in the region — since the beginning of the year, more than 400 representatives of SMEs have undergone training and received consulting assistance," noted Maxim Cherkasov, Minister of Industry, Trade, and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

      Representatives from the regional Labeling Center, LLC "Operator-CRPT" (operator of the "Honest Sign" system), the Rospotrebnadzor office for the Nizhny Novgorod region, and the Rosselkhoznadzor office for the Nizhny Novgorod region and the Mari El and Mordovia republics spoke at the seminar.

      Experts discussed the procedure for working with the "Honest Sign" system when labeling animal feeds and veterinary drugs, the specifics of the registration and circulation of labeled products, as well as the legal requirements and measures of responsibility for their violation. After the training session, participants were able to receive individual consultations.

      Today, more than 2,200 organizations in Nizhny Novgorod are already working with veterinary drugs and animal feeds in the "Honest Sign" system.
