On July 4, in Sverdlov Square from 12:00 to 22:15, as part of the musical multi-genre festival "Capital of Sunsets," a themed day "Art-Picnic" will take place. The festival, inspired by the atmosphere of Nizhny Novgorod, will introduce guests to local brands and creative initiatives of the city. The program includes musical performances, interactive activities, workshops, lectures, and a market.
On the main stage from 12:00 to 22:15, musical and dance performances are scheduled. The program will open with a DJ set from the "Height" cultural center, followed by a dance workshop and flash mob. Throughout the day, DJs LIKE FM and DJ NA$TY (NESTI) will perform. In the evening, there will be a screening of the film "While the Sky Watches," after which actress Alisa Beloprosova will conduct an open dance workshop.
In the park area, starting at 12:00, the "Zone of Flowers and Plants" will open for exchanges, and there will be a workshop from a beauty salon on express hairstyles. Guests can participate in yoga sessions, interactive games, lectures, and dialogues with experts about the cultural heritage of the region.
In the workshop area, there will be a large bingo with prizes, classes on creating aromatic postcards and interior garlands, as well as artistic workshops. Throughout the day, a market of local brands and the festival "Capital of Sunsets" post office will operate. Visitors will be able to purchase handmade products: leather accessories, designer glass, ceramics, and stone jewelry, aromatic candles, and linen and silk decorations.
The event is organized by the ANO "Center 800" with the support of the government of the Nizhny Novgorod region and the participation of project partners and sponsors.
